Job description
Tasks
- Design Control System Architecture (CSA), electrical panels, control schematics, and BOMs.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI applications.
- Support SCADA development, system integration, installation, and commissioning.
- Perform safety validation, IQ/OQ documentation, and electrical circuit troubleshooting.
- Review Pamp;IDs, electrical drawings, vendor documents, and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 79, OSHA, S88, and PackML standards.
- Support plant operations and identify opportunities to reduce production losses.
Requirements
- 7+ Years
- BE in Electrical / Instrumentation and Control
- PLC amp; HMI: Rockwell Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View ME/SE, Connected Components Workbench
- SCADA: Wonderware, ArchestrA
- Batch Automation: FactoryTalk Batch, PlantPAx
- Programming Standards: PackML, PackTags, uPack, OPERA
- Hardware: GuardLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC 500, MicroLogix, PLC-5, PanelView Plus HMIs, Point I/O, PowerFlex VFDs
