Join our team at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora! We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented janitorial worker to keep our shopping center clean and welcoming. Weekend availability is a must.

Hourly Pay: $16/hr starting – Higher pay for pressure washing experience!
Hours: Shifts between Mon-Sat 2:30pm-8pm, Sundays 9am-6pm | Weekends REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain restrooms, food court, and common areas
* Trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
* Light outdoor cleaning, including pressure washing (preferred but not required)
* Ensure public spaces are safe and presentable

Qualifications:
* Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
* Dependable and punctual
* Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
