Velocityflex is seeking customer service agents to handle customer and branch calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and branches.
- Troubleshoot IT and technical issues and provide solutions.
- Generate and assign tickets to appropriate teams, branches, or vendors.
- Send follow-up emails and provide accurate documentation.
- Deliver excellent and professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation knowledge.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
