WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE) 🇲🇽 Open to candidates based in Mexico and Argentina We’re a California-based automotive window tinting company looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. 💼 Responsibilities * Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries across multiple platforms. * Handle incoming and outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups. * Maintain CRM records, track leads, and update pipelines. * Schedule appointments and manage bookings. * Coordinate with technicians and the internal team. * Ensure timely, professional customer communication. ✅ Qualifications * Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication and clear pronunciation. * Confident communicating with US-based customers over the phone. * Experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatching, or lead management. * Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. ⭐ BIG PLUS: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Housecall Pro (HCP), and Yelp.
