Customer Service Representative – Australind, Western Australia

Job alert is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Australind, Western Australia. This remote-eligible role offers the opportunity to help customers, resolve service issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat with accurate, helpful information.
• Assist with order placements, product returns, and service questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Record inquiries and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Work with teammates and sales and logistics departments to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, review performance metrics, and share best practices.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and stay current with customer service practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Basic proficiency with computer software and customer support tools.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to changing priorities.
