Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Hire Smart Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a U.S. English accent to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer support in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns.Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
Requirements: U.S. English accent is mandatory.Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar customer-facing role is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
