Fairoza Banu is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Success & Product Delivery Specialist to oversee the entire process from product readiness to successful customer onboarding. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in client communication, understand SaaS and POS product delivery, and can translate customer requirements into seamless implementation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate product readiness prior to customer delivery.
• Manage SaaS/POS product implementation, onboarding, and go-live support.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers during setup, training, issue resolution, and post-launch follow-up.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable delivery steps.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and adoption check-ins.
• Track onboarding progress, customer updates, risks, and feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust, clarity, and long-term success.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer success, product delivery, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and/or POS product delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams.
