Customer Success Specialist – Telecommunications
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support enterprise customer relationships, service delivery, and technology implementations within the telecommunications industry. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring service performance, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer communications, expectations, and service follow-ups.Coordinate project schedules, installations, and service implementations.Monitor network health, tickets, incidents, and SLA compliance.Coordinate escalations and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.Support service reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.4–6 years of customer-facing experience in Project Management, Presales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Business Development. 4 - 6 years of experience working in the Telecom IndustryMinimum 1 year of Technical experience in the Telecom Industry, preferably with a background in Network Operation Centers.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Preferred QualificationsITIL Foundation, PMP, CCNA, or CCDA certification.
Location: Mexico City (CDMX only)Work Mode: 100% RemoteCompensation: Paid in USD (Independent Contractor).
Additional Requirement: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and after-hours as needed.
