Data Analyst/Data & Reporting Engineer

About the role

Bridge traditional data analysis with modern AI/agentic workflows.

Tasks

• Identify recurring reporting workflows, ranking them by business impact, and design/build end-to-end AI agents to automate data extraction, validation, and final output generation.
• Build and maintain reusable skills packaging business rules, data definitions, and query logic to ensure consistent, trusted automated runs.
• Develop deep mastery of B&E data structures (actuals, pipeline, units, revenue, customer hierarchies, and fiscal-calendar logic) to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, analytical models, and agent designs.
• Perform deep data profiling, quality checks, and rigorous validation against systems of record before outputs reach stakeholders.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and reports using Tableau and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• USC or GC Preferred
• 6–10 years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, data consulting, or data management.
• Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift) and proficiency in Python (P.
