Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst

Tasks

• Analyze assessment & operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining and segmentation across multiple datasets.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, metrics and visualizations.
• Use statistical tools (SAS, SPSS, MATLAB) for advanced data analysis.
• Manage databases, develop analytical applications and identify system enhancements.
• Train users, support tool implementation and collaborate with technical teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance & onsite work in DC.
• Advanced statistical analysis (SAS, SPSS, MATLAB or similar).
• Tableau dashboard & reporting experience.
• Data mining, database management and data manipulation skills.
• Microsoft Office, Access and Windows environment.
• Ability to develop algorithms and prepare business cases.
• Strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience supporting certification / assessment programs.
• Preferred: Experience contributing to policy development.

Schedule

• Full-Time (FTE)

Pay

• $70,000–$102,000 annually
