Tax Intake Specialist

Tasks

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking assistance with tax issues.
• Handling inbound calls, qualifying potential clients, following up on leads, gathering and documenting information, maintaining accurate CRM records, and connecting qualified prospects with the Tax Advocacy team.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a business office, call center, or client-facing role
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with one evening per week until 8:00 PM.
• On-Site
