About the role
SJS Title is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Data Entry Specialist in Cherry Hill.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter new title orders from Agreements of Sale and order forms.
- Verify property, buyer, seller, lender, and transaction information.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and communicate for clarification.
- Help build and organize title binders and supporting documentation.
- Organize, upload, scan, and maintain electronic title documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Title or real estate industry experience preferred, not required.
