Job description
About the role
Support data-related programs and initiatives within GOSC.
Tasks
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day team activities across data-related workstreams.
- Prioritize tasks and incoming requests based on business needs, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate team meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Support data project execution through activity tracking, follow-ups, and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience in team coordination, task prioritization, and project support.
- Good understanding of data management and data-related project execution.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with data cleanup, validation, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Strong meeting management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience supporting cross-functional data initiatives or program operations.
- Preferred: Background in reporting, analytics, or data governance.
- Preferred: Familiarity with program management practices and process improvement initiatives.
