Database Administrator – TigerGraph

Tasks

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain TigerGraph environments
• Monitor database and cluster health, availability, and performance
• Drive performance tuning and query optimization
• Troubleshoot database, cluster, and connectivity issues
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls
• Handle backup, restore, and recovery activities
• Support upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows
• Plan capacity and proactively spot potential issues
• Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, and dev teams
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and runbooks
• Provide production support and resolve incidents

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on TigerGraph experience (Required)
• Strong TigerGraph DBA skills
• Cluster administration and monitoring
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Backup and recovery
• User, role, and security management
• Production database support
• Good SQL and database concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Nice-to-Have: Large-scale graph database experience
• Nice-to-Have: Linux/Unix environments
• Nice-to-Have: Python or Shell scripting/automation
• Nice-to-Have: Cloud-based database experience
• Nice-to-Have: HA and DR knowledge
