Job description
Tasks
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot DeltaV control systems
- Configure DeltaV Batch modules, phases, sequences, and recipes
- Apply ISA-88 batch-control principles
- Execute module testing, sequence testing, and batch-recipe testing
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities
- Develop and execute automation test scripts and validation protocols
- Support CSV, GMP compliance, change controls, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot system defects and support manufacturing startup activities
Requirements
- Hands-on Emerson DeltaV programming and configuration experience
- Strong DeltaV Batch and ISA-88 knowledge
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, CSV, and automation validation
- Completion of Emerson DeltaV Implementation I (Course 7009) and Implementation II (Course 7016)
- Experience with greenfield facilities, MES integration, automation qualification, and manufacturing startups is a plus!
