Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients, recording medical histories, and ensuring comfort throughout visits.
• Maintain sterilization of dental tools and uphold cleanliness and organization in the clinic.
• Manage dental materials and medications following dental protocols and safety regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists and reception staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution.
• Proven skills in patient care and familiarity with dental procedures.
• Experience with sterilization processes and dental equipment handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Relevant dental assisting certifications (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental clinic setting (preferred).

We offer a competitive salary of INR 18,000 per month in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Dental Assistant will report directly to the Lead Dentist and work closely with the entire dental team to deliver outstanding patient care.
