Job description
Manoj is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support patient care at a modern, friendly dental clinic in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This on-site role pays INR 18,000 per month. The Dental Assistant will assist dentists during procedures, help patients feel comfortable, and maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare instruments and materials and assist dentists during dental procedures.
- Welcome patients, collect medical histories, and support their comfort during visits.
- Sterilize dental instruments and keep clinical areas clean and organized.
- Prepare and manage dental materials and medications in line with applicable protocols.
- Explain oral hygiene practices and post-procedure care to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and help schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and reception staff to support an efficient clinic workflow.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution.
- Patient-care skills and an understanding of dental procedures.
- Experience with sterilization processes and dental equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant dental assisting certifications are preferred.
- One or more years of dental clinic experience is preferred.
Team and Reporting
Join a collaborative clinic team and report to the Lead Dentist, working closely with dental hygienists and office staff to deliver quality patient care.
