In this on-site leadership role, you will guide finance professionals and oversee financial operations, analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of finance professionals in financial analysis, reporting, and planning.
- Oversee daily financial operations to ensure accurate work and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
- Lead team meetings and performance reviews, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics, set benchmarks, and align team priorities with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial health.
- Deliver training to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- At least five years of finance-sector experience, including two or more years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership, team development, and performance management skills.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools; ERP experience is a plus.
- CFA, CPA, or another relevant certification is preferred but not required.
