Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Oversee daily financial operations ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews, encouraging continuous improvement and open communication.
• Monitor team performance metrics and set benchmarks aligned with organizational objectives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven leadership skills focused on team development and performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial software; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in finance sector with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
