Family Dental at Lakeside Village is seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team!

Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (7:45am-5:00pm)

Looking for more hours? As a member of our hygiene team, you will have access to HD Flex here you will be able to pick up additional shifts at nearby Heartland Dental offices!

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)Local Anesthesia certification requiredExcellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentationCPR Certification

Preferred Experience

2-3 years of Dental Hygiene experience preferred!Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systemsDesire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental healthClinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
