Desktop Support Specialist

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform application updates, patches, and floor support/rounding. Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets independently. Provide excellent, personalized customer service to end users. Collaborate with Field Services, Nursing, and Server teams. Clearly communicate technical issues, solutions, and instructions. Manage multiple tickets and service appointments efficiently.
