Blythe Tiffany Mills is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform application updates, patches, and floor support/rounding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets independently.
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service to end users.
- Collaborate with Field Services, Nursing, and Server teams.
- Clearly communicate technical issues, solutions, and instructions.
- Manage multiple tickets and service appointments efficiently.
