Desktop Support Specialist

Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform software updates, patches, and IT floor support. Resolve service tickets and provide timely technical support. Deliver excellent customer service to healthcare staff and end users. Collaborate with Field Services, Nursing, and Server teams. Manage multiple tickets and service requests efficiently. Read and interpret technical documentation and schematics. Adapt to new technologies and work independently while supporting the team.
