Developer/Programmer Analyst III

About the role

MSMNET Security is seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst III to support a client's healthcare data modernization, system integration, and automation initiatives.

Tasks

• Conduct interoperability needs assessments, develop automated data integration solutions, build dashboards, validate data workflows, and support healthcare information system modernization.

Requirements

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Austin
• 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages
• 8+ years of system integration, dashboard development, and workflow automation
• Experience with healthcare or complex administrative datasets
• Database querying, data validation, and technical documentation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Preferred Experience: Electronic Case Reporting (eCR/eICR)
• Healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, XML)
• SQL, ETL pipelines, and relational databases
• Public health surveillance systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Schedule

• Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
• Anticipated Start: December 1, 2026
• Duration: Through April 30, 2027, with potential extensions
• Full-Time Contract Opportunity
