About the role
The Director of CI & Manufacturing Performance provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide continuous improvement, manufacturing performance, and operational excellence across CSP’s 13 manufacturing facilities. Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing, this corporate leadership position develops and executes a standardized continuous improvement strategy, establishes manufacturing performance metrics, oversees financial performance tracking, and drives sustainable operational improvements across the manufacturing network.
CSP develops and manufactures lightweight, advanced composite components for the transportation industry, serving automotive, heavy truck, marine, and recreational vehicle market segments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Manufacturing to develop and execute annual manufacturing strategies, operational priorities, and multi-year continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Translate organizational manufacturing objectives into measurable improvement initiatives across the manufacturing network.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations to align plant-level improvement priorities with enterprise manufacturing objectives.
