Core Responsibilities:
👷 Field Execution: Oversee PMs, supers, and subs across active job sites.
💵 Budget Ownership: Track project costs, manage change orders, and protect margins.
📅 Scheduling: Sequence trade work, inspections, and procurement to hit milestones.
⚡ Accountability: Drive operational consistency and deliver transparent updates to ownership.
Must-Haves:
⏳ 5–7+ Years in commercial construction leadership.
🍔 Ground-Up Restaurants: Dirt-to-turnover project delivery.
🏗️ Metal Buildings: Hands-on experience with pre-engineered or structural builds.
📊 Cost Control: Proven track record managing tight budgets and subcontractor performance.
📍 Location: Based in Greater Houston, TX.
