The Director of Sales and Marketing develops and executes strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth for the senior living community. The role reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s mission, vision, goals, and culture.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and maximize revenue.
• Lead, motivate, guide, and train the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners through networking, outreach, and personalized communication.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the community’s reputation.
• Oversee marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Coordinate events, seminars, and outreach activities to raise awareness of the community and attract potential residents.
