Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers and assist with their shopping needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise to maintain an organized store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and store areas.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and uphold store standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to problem solve and manage difficult situations professionally.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is a plus.
