About the role
Need Solar Today
Requirements
- 300 homeowner interactions
- 3 qualified appointments that result in completed presentations
- 2 solar sales per month minimum
- Daily activity & appointment reports
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication, self-motivated, reliable transportation.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
Pay
- $400–$600 PER WEEK + SALES COMMISSIONS!
- First 30 Days – Training Period: $400/week + hands-on training + opportunity to earn sales commissions
- After 30 Days: $600/week based on performance + additional commissions
- Weekly pay subject to compensation agreement & performance requirements. Commission terms provided during hiring.
