Job description
Tasks
- Source and recruit CDL-A drivers
- Screen applicants and verify qualifications
- Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience using Tenstreet to review and process driver applications preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Confident, energetic approach to engaging active and passive candidates
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment
