Duck Creek Solution Architect

Tasks

• Lead Duck Creek architecture and solution design across Policy, Billing and Claims.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews, gap analysis and integration strategies.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and production support.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Duck Creek Suite – Policy, Billing & Claims.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Integration Author (DECISION), Manuscript Author and Express.
• Expertise in Rating, Product Definition, Forms & Transaction Configuration.
• Strong programming skills in .NET (C#), JavaScript, XML/XSLT, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other ESB/iPaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SQL Server and Duck Creek OnDemand.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, TFS or SVN.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Experience in solution architecture, integration design and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
