Position Overview
NEPA WHOLESALE is hiring an onsite E-commerce Manager in West Palm Beach, Florida. You will lead the e-commerce strategy, manage website content, oversee SEO and paid search campaigns, and grow qualified traffic and wholesale conversions.
Base salary: $80,000 per year, plus quarterly commissions tied to online enhanced order performance and a year-end bonus based on overall growth. The posting states that top performers can earn $300,000–$350,000 annually; this is not a guaranteed amount.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, website banners, landing pages, and promotions.
- Plan and lead organic and paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Optimize the customer journey and improve online wholesale order conversions.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and similar tools.
- Develop strategies to grow digital traffic and conversions in the West Palm Beach market.
- Collaborate onsite with company leadership and sales and marketing teams.
- Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the website and digital performance.
