Eligibility Referral Specialist 2 – Career Advisor

Tasks

• Provide career coaching, employment guidance, and case management services.
• Help individuals explore career opportunities, training, and education options.
• Assist clients in identifying and overcoming employment barriers.
• Connect individuals with community resources and support services.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments of WIOA participants.
• Maintain required documentation and case records using Ohio's Workforce Case Management System (OWCMS).
• Build relationships with employers, training providers, and community organizations.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as an Eligibility/Referral Specialist 1; or 2 years of experience as a Unit Support Worker 2; or Undergraduate major core coursework in behavioral science, social science, or education, plus required coursework or experience in interviewing and other specified skills; or 2 years of technical education in behavioral science or social science, plus required coursework or experie

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay

• Starting salary: $20.88/hour
