Engineering Project Manager

Tasks

• Drive end-to-end execution of mid-to-large-scale regional and global digital initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to evaluate technical options, shape integration strategies, and ensure scalable design.
• Oversee scope definition, resource forecasting, process mapping (as-is and to-be), technical requirement documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary voice of your portfolio, communicating transparently across leadership tiers and fostering an inclusive engineering culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience bridging software engineering and project management within e-Commerce or Contact Center ecosystems
• 10+ Years in technical project/engineering management.
• Proven experience in e-Commerce or Contact Center landscapes.
• Technical architecture influence, process mapping, business/technical requirement creation, cross-functional engineering leadership, and release go-live execution.
