Duties
• Draft, review, and negotiate entertainment and music industry agreements.• Review and coordinate revisions to third-party participant agreements involving musical compositions and recorded music.• Prepare and negotiate standard music industry contracts and related transactional documents.• Participate in drafting and negotiating high-value music catalog acquisition and asset purchase agreements.• Advise clients on sophisticated entertainment financing and corporate transactions.• Support transactions involving intellectual property, licensing, and entertainment rights.• Collaborate with partners, associates, consultants, and multidisciplinary professionals on complex client matters.• Assist recording artists, entertainment companies, and investors with strategic transactional advice.• Analyze intellectual property issues affecting entertainment and music industry transactions.• Manage multiple entertainment matters while maintaining exceptional client service.• Develop practical legal strategies that support clients' creative and business objectives.• Stay informed regarding developments affecting the entertainment, music, and intellectual property industries.

Requirements
