Entry Level Commercial and Residential HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. Perform routine inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to determine repair needs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining HVAC system operations to clients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of HVAC system performance. Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated interest in HVAC technology and systems. Basic understanding of HVAC principles and components. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Preferred: Previous experience or internships in HVAC or related fields.
