Job description
Tasks
- Greet patients with care and guide them through self-service check-in tablets.
- Perform clinical/forensic specimen collections to cover breaks and staffing gaps.
- Explain procedures clearly to build patient trust and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records and a professional environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
- 1–2 years of face-to-face customer service REQUIRED (Retail, Home Health, etc.).
- Basic phlebotomy training, internship, or externship REQUIRED but not Mandatory.
- Strong keyboard/data entry skills and top-tier customer service focus.
Schedule
- 6-Month Contract
- Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with rotational Saturdays)
Pay
- $14.80 - $17.75 / hour
