About the role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. You will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. The role focuses on identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
- Gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs and present the best ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Work independently and collaboratively to grow the business.
