Responsibilities
- Follow established testing methods, procedures, and processes to support consistent and reliable source testing.
- Assess client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
- Manage technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs and projects.
- Determine, oversee, coordinate, and adjust project timelines.
- Allocate and direct resources to meet project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
