- 5+ Years as Epic Application Analyst
- Behavioral Health Build Experience: 2+ Years
- Epic Go-Lives: Minimum 2 Completed Implementations
- Current Epic Certification in ClinDoc & Ambulatory
- Epic Behavioral Health Application Build
- Behavioral Health Workflows – Outpatient, Crisis, Residential, Inpatient & SUD
- Navigators, SmartForms, Flowsheets, Note Templates & SmartTexts
- Assessments & Treatment Planning
- Orders & Referral Preference Lists
- Epic Clinical Documentation Build
- Testing, Test Script Execution & Defect Resolution
- Production Support & Ticket Troubleshooting
- Training, Go-Live & Command Center Support
- Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2
- California Medi-Cal Behavioral Health Documentation & Billing
- Preferred: Behavioral Health Accreditation
- Preferred: County / Public Behavioral Health Experience
- Preferred: Experience with Epic Project Implementations
- Preferred: Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical teams
