Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & coordination of corp (including present proposals, negotiate, and close sales)
- Account Management: Serve as primary contact for corporate accounts and handle client inquiries
- Event Execution: Manage end-to-end event logistics, timeline setups, and vendor coordination
- Fieldwork: Conduct site visits, ocular inspections, and on-site execution management
- Admin & details: Prepare package event orders, contracts, and post-event reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning & venue sales
- Proven track record in closing sales & handling corporate accounts
- Willing to do fieldwork, site inspections, & on-site execution
- Excellent communication & multitasking skills
