Event Sales Coordinator

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning & venue sales
- Proven track record in closing sales & handling corporate accounts
- Willingness to do fieldwork, site inspections, and on-site event execution
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail & multitasking ability
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & prospect corporate clients, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales
- Account management: Serve as primary contact for corporate accounts and handle client inquiries
- Event execution: Manage end-to-end event logistics, timeline setups, and vendor coordination
- Fieldwork: Conduct site visits, social inspections, and on-the-ground event management
- Admin & details: Prepare contracts, event orders, and post-event reports
