Event Staff Team Member

Luxuria Event Venue is seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Event Staff Team Members to help deliver a polished, welcoming experience for every guest.

Team members assist with event setup, guest arrival and check-in, guest-flow support, buffet monitoring and food-service support, venue upkeep, and event breakdown. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys serving people, and remains professional and attentive throughout each event.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with preparing event spaces before guests arrive.
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, signage, equipment, supplies, and other event materials.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in, registration, tickets, or wristbands as needed.
• Provide directions and event information to guests.
• Monitor assigned areas and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assist clients, vendors, performers, and event organizers as directed.
• Help manage guest lines, traffic patterns, and crowd flow when necessary.
• Support event activities, food and beverage areas, concessions, or other assigned stations.
• Respond to guest questions and promptly refer concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a polished appearance and a courteous, service-focused attitude throughout the event.
• Assist with breakdown, cleanup, and returning the venue to its required condition.
• Follow all company, venue, safety, sanitation, and event-specific policies.
• Perform other event-related duties assigned by management.
