About the role
Bangladesh HR Admin Welfare Medical Job-P is hiring an Executive — Accounts & Finance (Payroll) for the textiles division.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly salaries, overtime payments, and annual bonuses for non-management employees and staff across the textiles division.
- Maintain and update monthly employee data, including salary adjustments, to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Review and validate final settlement bills for non-management employees in line with company policy and procedure.
- Oversee the provident fund loan process from application through B E F T N payment, and enter information accurately and on time into the payroll software.
- Support factory HR teams during salary processing by preparing payslips, salary sheets, and other essential documents.
Requirements
- MBA / M.Com in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll management.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
