Job description
Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional virtual support to our leadership team. This part-time role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings efficiently Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports Assist with project management and follow up on action items Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate executives’ needs Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Experience supporting senior leadership preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion This position offers $50 per hour and is remote eligible, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our Los Angeles-based team.
