Job description
About the role
Micro Tools Machineries is hiring for an Accounts & Finance role.
Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions in ERP as per IFRS and company policies.
- Prepare GL, journals, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Process vendor bills and payments, and reconcile with procurement.
- Follow up on receivables and manage credit recovery.
- Maintain cashbook, bank ledgers and cash/bank position.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and monitor purchases.
- Support audits and ensure compliance.
- Prepare VAT documentation and returns (Mushak 9.1), and ensure compliance.
- Visit showroom and factory as required.
Requirements
- BBA or MBA in Accounting/Finance.
- C.A. CC will be given priority.
- 2–5 years of experience.
