Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and databases. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in preparing reports and presentations with well-organized, relevant data. Support office management including supply and inventory control. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in administrative and operational roles. Strong skills in reporting, coordination, documentation, and data entry. Excellent office management and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
