We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Prep Cook to join our growing kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables
- Portion meats and seafood
- Prepare sauces and ingredients according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen preparation
- Receive and organize inventory

Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant kitchen or food prep experience
- Strong knife skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Chinese restaurant experience is a plus but not required
