Experienced HVAC Installer

JP Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level or training position. We are looking for someone who already knows the trade, can step into an installation role, and is confident performing quality HVAC work without needing to be taught the basics.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven HVAC installation experience
* Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, ductwork and related HVAC equipment
* Ability to perform installations independently and efficiently
* Clean, professional workmanship
* Strong understanding of proper installation practices
* Dependable and responsible
* Valid driver’s license
* Good communication with customers and coworkers
* Someone who takes genuine pride in their work
