Key Responsibilities Design original fashion items aligned with current trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and designers to ensure design quality and feasibility. Create sketches, color boards, and samples to present to stakeholders. Manage the design process from concept to production. Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align designs with business goals. Review and adjust samples based on feedback from team members and customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong creative and innovative design skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. 2-3 years of experience in fashion design or related industry preferred.
