Female Personal Assistant PA

About the role

Luxury Jobs International is seeking an experienced female PA to support a 14-year-old girl from a UHNW private family in Qatar. The role includes professional PA and day-to-day support, with international travel required. Salary is open, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional PA and day-to-day support.
• Assist with school settings, school matters, appointments, activities and scheduling.
• Accompany the girl to activities, appointments, events and travel when required.
• Coordinate with partners, tutors, teachers, drivers and household staff.
• Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries and general organization.
• Provide a professional, supportive and positive presence in the girl’s daily routine.

Requirements

• Female, aged 30–45 years.
• Fluent in both English and French; this is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant, family assistant, Nanny-PA, Governess-PA or in a similar role.
• Experience working with teenagers and/or UHNW families is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Mature, responsible, reliable, well-presented and adaptable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong professional preferences will be an advantage.
