Female Personal Assistant PA

We are seeking an experienced Female PA to support a 14-year-old girl from a UHNW private family in Qatar.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional PA and day-to-day support
- Assist with school settings, school matters, appointments, activities and scheduling
- Accompany the girl to activities, appointments, events and travel when required
- Coordinate with partners, tutors, teachers, drivers and household staff
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries and general organization
- Provide a professional, supportive and positive presence in the girl’s daily routine

Requirements:
- Female, aged 30–45 years
- Fluent in both English and French - mandatory
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, family assistant, Nanny-PA, Governess-PA or similar role
- Experience working with teenagers and/or UHNW family families is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Mature, responsible, reliable, well-presented and adaptable
- Must be willing to travel internationally.
- Strong professional preferences will be an advantage.

Location: Qatar | Private Household
International travel required
Salary: Open, depending on experience
