Job description
Massige is hiring a full-time Field Agent and Recruiting Manager in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa. This on-site role combines hands-on candidate recruitment with team leadership, community engagement, and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Build relationships with local agencies, schools, and community organizations to strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Train and mentor field agents on recruitment practices and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the recruitment pipeline.
- Review recruitment metrics and adjust outreach strategies based on results.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma required; further education in human resources or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition required, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
