Job description
Iris Duburooy is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead its outbound sales team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This on-site role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy, grow revenue, and build a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach the outbound sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that improve business performance.
- Provide regular training and coaching to strengthen team skills.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze results, and use insights to guide decisions.
- Partner with marketing to align campaigns and maximize lead generation.

Qualifications
